This year also UPSC has released Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) Recruitment Notification for Assistant Commandants (AC) for the year 2018. There are a total of 398 vacancies for this year in various divisions.

Eligibility Criteria for CAPF Recruitment for AC 2018
UPSC CAPF 2018 Age Limits: A candidate must have attained the age of 20 years and must not have attained the age of 25 years on 1st August, 2018, i.e. he/she must have been born not earlier than 2nd August, 1993 and not later than 1st August, 1998
UPSC CAPF 2018 Educational Qualifications: A candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.

UPSC CAPF Recruitment for Assistant Commandant (AC) takes place after a Selection Procedure that includes:
- Written Test – Paper I & Paper II
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET) / Medical Standards Test
- Personal Interview
