• Candidate must hold a Graduation Degree from any recognized University established by law in India or equivalent, along with:
• Master Degree in Social Work or MBA or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management (or Development)/ Industrial Relations of minimum two (2) years’ duration from a recognized University established by Law in India, or equivalent [It includes 2 years’ P.G.   Fire Fighting/ Industrial Safety Engineering.

(Junior Chemist)

• Candidate must hold two years’ full time Post Graduation Degree in Chemistry or four years’ full time Graduation Degree in Chemical Engineering as a regular student from an University established by law in India or a degree of a foreign University or Institution declared by competent authority, equivalent to full time regular Post Graduate Degree in Chemistry or Graduation Degree in Chemical Engineering of an University established by law in India.

(Informatics Assistant)

• Graduate or higher full time degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Applications/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Electronics/ Electronics

• The candidate must hold full time two years’ Post Graduation Degree as a regular student in Computer Applications(MCA)/ Computer Science/Information Technology/ Electronics & Communications Engineering or equivalent from a University/Institution established by Law in India and a qualification recognized equivalent to it;
  OR
  full time four years’ Graduation Degree in Engineering as a regular student or AMIE in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Communications Engineering or equivalent from a University/Institution established by Law in India and recognized equivalent to full time Graduation Degree in Engineering by AICTE, New Delhi.

(Fire & Safety)

• The candidate must hold four years’ Full Time Graduation Degree in Engineering as a regular student or AMIE; or equivalent from a University/Institution established by   Law in India and recognized equivalent to full time Graduation Degree in Engineering by AICTE, New Delhi., in :-
  Fire Fighting/ Industrial Safety Engineering.
  OR
  Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering with full time Diploma in Industrial Safety from a University/Institution.

• Candidate must hold one of the following qualifications :-
  (a) CA/ICWA (CMA); or
  (b) MBA of minimum two (2) years’ duration from a recognized University established by law in India or equivalent with atleast 60% marks [It includes 2 years’ P.G. Diploma in Business Management declared equivalent to MBA]; or
  (c) M.Com. of minimum two (2) years’ duration from a recognized University established by law in India or equivalent with atleast 60% marks alongwith B.Com. with atleast 60% marks.

Provided that SC/ST/PWBD candidates and in-service employees of respective Nigam may be allowed relaxation of 5% marks in MBA mentioned under (b) and in M.Com. & B.Com. mentioned under (c) above.

Personnel Officer

• Candidate must hold a Graduation Degree from a recognized University established by law in India or equivalent with atleast 55% marks, alongwith:-
  (a) A Master Degree in Social Works or MBA or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management (or Development)/ Industrial Relations of minimum two (2) years’ duration from a recognized University established by law in India or equivalent with atleast 55% marks in Master Degree [It includes 2 years’ P.G. Diploma in Business Management declared equivalent to MBA.], or
• (b) A Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws/ Labour Welfare & Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management (or Development)/ Industrial Relations from a recognized University established by law in India or equivalent with atleast 55% marks in Post Graduate Diploma.

Provided that SC/ST/PWBD candidates and in-service employees of respective Nigam may be allowed relaxation of 5% marks in above qualifications.
