Remaining=5/8
2nd day= 4/5*5/8=1/2
Remaining( unread)= 5/8-1/2=1/8
1/8 of X=45, => X=45*8=360

Work= (2M+5W)*12=9*12W
Work done by 3 women in days= 9*12W/3W=36
